First there was the e-shop, which we conceived, designed and implemented in the new SBB image. But then there was also the matter of an ingenious solution to enable a physical shopping experience in selected stations with regional warehouses. So we programmed a suitable extension. This solution allows SBB staff to process orders on site in a simple and intuitive way. And what's more, it's fun for the customer. His waiting time passes more quickly, he discovers great products and benefits from them on his upcoming journey.
